About the Role:

We are seeking a female Social Media Manager with 6 months to 3 years of experience to join our team at Dwarka Sector 19. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Create and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories to boost brand presence.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors to deliver creative campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
• Respond to messages, comments, and build a strong online community.
• Stay updated on current trends and implement innovative strategies to increase engagement.

Requirements:

• Experience: 6 months – 3 years in social media management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in Canva, Meta Business Suite, and other social media scheduling tools.
• Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Dwarka Sector 19.
