Social Media Manager and Content Creator

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Content Creator who can bring our brand vision to life through engaging videos and digital content. This role is perfect for someone passionate about storytelling, video production, and brand building, with a deep understanding of social media trends and marketing strategies.

You will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing video and visual content that strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation:
• Create engaging videos, reels, and other branded content for social media, campaigns, and marketing initiatives.
• Develop creative storyboards, scripts, and concepts aligned with brand guidelines.
• Brand Development:
• Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand identity, tone, and messaging.
• Build a consistent brand image through visuals and storytelling.
• Video Production:
• Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality video content for various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Work with internal teams to capture authentic brand moments.
• Digital Marketing Collaboration:
• Partner with the marketing team to plan campaigns and optimize content for engagement and reach.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Performance Tracking:
• Analyze content performance metrics to improve future campaigns and branding strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in video creation, branding, or content production.
• Proficiency in video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Strong understanding of brand storytelling and visual aesthetics.
• Knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies.
• Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
