Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can create, present, and edit video content while managing our brand presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be confident on camera, skilled in video editing & AI tools, and creative enough to drive engagement through storytelling and trend-driven content.

This is a hybrid role combining social media management, video presentation, and editing expertise.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face/presenter for brand videos (reels, shorts, promotional content, tutorials, etc.).
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).
• Plan & execute content strategies, calendars, and campaigns.
• Script, shoot, and edit videos using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve.
• Use AI tools for video generation, subtitles, repurposing, background removal, and content enhancement.
• Track analytics, optimize engagement, and stay updated with trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team to maintain brand consistency.

Required Skills

• Strong presence and confidence in front of the camera.
• Proven experience as a social media manager & content creator.
• Good knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve).
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, such as: Descript, Runway Gen-2, Opus Clip, Wisecut, Veed.io, Kaiber AI, Stable Video, Topaz Video AI, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, Synthesia, Lumen5, InVideo AI
• Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi/Regional language).
• Understanding of social media trends, reels format, and viral hooks.

Preferred Skills

• Background in marketing / digital media.
• Creative mindset for scriptwriting & storytelling.
• Knowledge of paid ads & influencer marketing is a plus.
