Social Media Manager and Content Creator

Role Overview

We are hiring a Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. This role involves creating high-quality content, engaging with our audience, and showcasing the work we do as a recruitment company. You will be responsible for developing post and reel ideas, shooting simple videos, writing captions, and interacting with followers on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.

You must know how to plan, shoot, and publish content that reflects our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage a monthly content calendar
• Develop and publish posts, carousels, stories, and reels (concept + shooting)
• Create simple videos for job vacancies, interview announcements, candidate success stories, and office activities
• Attend and capture photos/videos of events, employer visits, and team moments
• Respond to messages, comments, and DMs in a timely and professional way
• Write captions and content that are engaging and aligned with our tone
• Track reach and engagement metrics and suggest improvements
• Coordinate with internal teams to stay updated on current openings and recruitment events
• Stay up to date with social media trends and use them to improve visibility

Who You Are

• Creative and confident in front of and behind the camera
• Able to shoot content using a mobile phone and basic equipment
• Good communication skills in English (Malayalam or Tamil is a bonus)
• Familiar with Canva, Instagram/Facebook features, and content planning
• Comfortable interacting with followers and representing the brand online
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Prior experience managing a business page or creating content is preferred
• Freshers with strong portfolios or Instagram examples are welcome to apply
