Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage the social media strategy aligned with the company’s goals. Create, curate, and schedule high-quality, engaging content tailored for different social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube.). Monitor social media trends, news, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant. Manage daily social media operations including posting, community management. Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to promote news stories, campaigns, and events. Analyze social media metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate performance and guide strategy adjustments. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, tools, and emerging technologies to maximize reach and engagement. Handle social media advertising campaigns to boost visibility and traffic. Manage crisis communications on social media when necessary. Qualifications Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content. Proficiency with social media management tools Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, etc. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Creative mindset with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience with graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
