About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Management Intern who’s passionate about storytelling, digital communication, and brand building in the wellness space. The ideal candidate is creative, curious, and eager to learn how impactful content drives engagement, awareness, and conversion.

This role offers hands-on experience in content strategy, creation, and writing engaging content pieces that sells, perfect for someone looking to grow in the digital marketing and wellness industry.

The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with a deep understanding of what resonates on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conceptualise, and execute photo and video shoots for social media campaigns.
• Create engaging reels, posts, and stories that align with brand aesthetics and messaging.
• Can manage multiple Instagram Accounts
• Work closely with the marketing and design teams to maintain a consistent brand tone.
• Collaborate with influencers and content creators to expand reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends, audio formats, and platform algorithms.
• Track performance metrics and optimise content for better visibility and engagement.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media management.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, short-form video, and platform-specific content.
• Proficiency in basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.).
• A creative eye for aesthetics, composition, and on-brand communication.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup environment.
