Role Description As a Business Development (Sales) intern at Mindcafe, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Your role will involve leveraging your sales acumen and lead generation skills to expand our client base and increase our market presence. Strong proficiency in MS-Excel will be essential for analysing sales data and identifying trends to optimise our sales strategies. About the Role We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented Accountant to handle day-to-day accounts, expense tracking, and financial reporting for our group of entities – including school operations, family office, and multiple businesses such as infrastructure, warehouse, and a mental health startup. This is an excellent opportunity for a fresher or someone with up to 1 year of experience to gain diverse exposure across multiple industries while working closely with the management team. Key Responsibilities School Finance • Record daily fee collections, expenses, and vendor payments. • Maintain up-to-date ledgers and reconcile accounts. • Assist in preparing basic reports for management review. Family Office & Business Finance • Support in tracking expenses, investments, and project costs across multiple businesses. • Maintain organised records for different entities. • Help in preparing consolidated monthly expense statements. General Accounting Support • Data entry in accounting software (Tally or similar). • Maintain receipts, bills, and other financial documents. • Assist in GST, TDS, and compliance documentation. • Prepare simple Excel reports for analysis.
