Job Description

We’re Hiring: Social Media Journalist (2–3 Years)

📍 Location: Delhi-NCR | 💼 Full-time | ✈️ Outlook Traveller

Social Media Journalist

Responsibilities

Own the daily content calendar: reels, shorts, posts, stories, carousels
Produce platform-native videos (shoot & edit on phone; quick cuts, captions, hooks)
Build community: DMs, comments, UGC sourcing, creator/influencer collaborations
Track & report weekly KPIs (ER, reach, saves/shares, watch time, clicks)
Collaborate with SEO/editorial teams on social headlines, metadata & posting windows

Qualifications

2–3 years of social media experience (media, travel, lifestyle, or brand side)
Strong short-form video skills (ideation → shoot → edit → publish)
Fluency with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, Instagram Insights, X/LinkedIn analytics
Strong writing skills & visual sense for thumbnails, captions, and trends
Bonus: Canva/Figma basics, influencer ops, experience in travel med
