About the Opportunity

Tamil Nadu Volunteers is inviting Viscom students and passionate creators to join as Social Media Interns.

If you love shooting videos, editing content, and sharing inspiring stories on social media, this is the perfect space to learn, create, and make a meaningful impact.

You will gain hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, and community engagement, while contributing to real-world social causes.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos during events, campaigns, and field activities
• Edit videos and create posters or reels using mobile or desktop apps
• Post and schedule content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, etc.)
• Write engaging captions and short-form content in both Tamil and English
• Monitor social media trends and brainstorm creative ideas to increase reach and engagement
• Track engagement metrics and recommend improvements based on insights
• Respond to comments and messages to maintain an active digital community

Requirements

• Must own a high-quality mobile/camera for capturing the campaigns
• Skills in video shooting, editing, and graphic design
• Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills
• Passion for social impact and volunteering work
