About the Role

• Tamil Nadu Volunteers is looking for enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join as Project
• Co-ordinator across 8 key zones in Tamil Nadu.
• You’ll coordinate and guide district teams, connect with institutions, and ensure effective implementation of volunteering projects within your zone.
• This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy leadership, teamwork, and making a positive impact through social initiatives. You’ll receive guidance and support from our core team as you grow into the role and gain hands-on experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the zone-level point of contact for partner institutions and district teams
• Coordinate and supervise district volunteering activities and campaigns
• Collaborate with the Tamil Nadu Volunteers team and administration to implement projects smoothly
• Support and participate in on-ground campaigns, drives, and outreach programs across the zone
• Share timely updates and feedback from your assigned zone
• Willing to travel across districts in your zone when required
• Motivate and engage volunteers to strengthen community participation

Requirements

• Open to students or individuals passionate about community service and volunteering
• Willingness to learn, communicate, and coordinate effectively
• Basic organisational and teamwork skills (guidance will be provided)
• Responsible, proactive, and community-focused
• Comfortable participating in field and coordination activities
