Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Coordinate with vendors, OEM partners, banks, and internal stakeholders for ATM site implementation activities.
Ensure timely delivery and installation of ATM machines and related equipment.
Raise and monitor implementation requests, approvals, and documentation requirements.
Maintain and update project trackers, site readiness status, and escalation logs.
Support pre-installation checks, test transactions, and site handover processes.
Liaise with internal teams such as Projects, Field Operations, IT, and Security for seamless execution.
Identify delays, risks, and dependencies and escalate to the Implementation Manager as needed.

Preferred candidate profile:

Preferably 13 years of experience in the ATM industry (implementation/field coordination/operations).
Understanding of ATM deployment processes, OEM handling, and vendor coordination.
Familiarity with ATM infrastructure elements (UPS, network, civil & electrical requirements).
