Project Coordinator

We are a leading civil contracting company committed to delivering high-quality construction projects on time and within budget. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily communication between clients, consultants, subcontractors & site teams
• Maintain project documentation including drawings, approvals, reports & logs
• Assist in planning, scheduling & monitoring site progress
• Support procurement, material tracking & vendor coordination
• Assist with site measurements, billing & BOQ tracking
• Maintain QA/QC and HSE records as per standards
• Prepare progress reports and meeting minutes

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in civil contracting (preferred)
• Strong documentation & coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office / project management tools
• Good communication and teamwork ability
