Social Media Internship

As a Social Media Intern at Pickyourtrail, you will support the brand’s presence across social media platforms, primarily Instagram. Your role will involve engaging with customers, managing inbound messages, and assisting in creating content that reflects the brand’s voice and travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to Instagram DMs, comments, and queries in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Assist in creating social media content such as posts, stories, reels, and captions
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer queries received via social channels
• Help maintain brand tone and consistency across all social media interactions
• Track engagement, common queries, and feedback from social platforms
• Stay updated on social media trends and suggest creative content ideas
