Role Overview

As a Social Media Intern, you’ll assist the team in managing brand communication on digital platforms, creating engaging content, and driving community interactions. This role will give you hands-on exposure to real-time campaigns, analytics, and client servicing in a fast-paced agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the social media team in day-to-day content creation and scheduling.
• Draft captions, copy, and basic creative briefs for posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Assist in community management — monitoring comments, messages, and engaging with followers.
• Track and report on performance metrics using social media analytics tools.
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitor activities to inspire creative ideas.
• Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure timely delivery of posts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Passion for digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, or Hootsuite) is a plus.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related fields.
