About the Role:

ALANNA, a leading Beauty & Skincare brand, is looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Influencer Marketing Specialist to drive our digital presence, engage audiences, and manage influencer partnerships. If you are passionate about building online communities, creating compelling content, and leveraging influencers to amplify brand visibility - this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies that deliver measurable growth across reach, engagement, and conversions — with Instagram as the lead platform. Aim for 10–15% MoM follower growth and 3–5% average engagement rate.
  • Trend Spotting & Content Creation: Identify emerging trends and craft viral, share-worthy content that aligns with ALANNA’s tone and campaign goals. Deliver 8–10 high-quality reels or short videos monthly, with at least 1 in 5 crossing 20K+ organic views.
  • Influencer Marketing: Identify, negotiate, and manage influencer partnerships to amplify brand credibility and reach. Target a minimum 3x ROI based on engagement and conversions.
  • Content Production: Plan and execute basic in-house shoots (UGC, reels, tutorials, product showcases) to maintain agility and freshness in content creation.
  • Brand Collaborations: Identify and drive 1–2 strategic brand collaborations per quarter to expand reach and community engagement by at least 20%.
  • Community Management: Engage actively through DMs, comments, and interactive content to build loyalty and advocacy, ensuring a 90%+ response rate within 24 hours.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, website traffic, and conversions. Present monthly performance reports with insights and actionable optimizations.
  • Campaign & Calendar Planning: Manage a 30 – 45 day content calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal moments.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and brand teams to maintain visual consistency and campaign excellence across platforms including Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Website Impact: Drive a 20% increase in website sessions and measurable conversions from social media channels.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 4-5 years or more of experience in social media management and influencer marketing (beauty/skincare industry preferred).
  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and performance analytics.
  • Familiarity with influencer platforms, creator outreach, and campaign management.
  • Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite) are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A proactive, creative, and results-driven mindset.
