Social Media Executive

We're looking for creative minds passionate about building a loved and recognized brand through social media. They must be enthusiastic about storytelling, community engagement, and delivering measurable results with accuracy and clarity.

Your main role will be managing our complete social media presence while creating and running Meta Ads for us and our clients—ensuring every post, story, and campaign reflects the company’s vision and marketing objectives.

You’ll be involved in the entire social media process—from content planning and creation to campaign execution, analytics, and optimization—while assisting other team members and maintaining brand guidelines.

Responsibilities:
● Work closely with the founding team to manage social media channels and develop content strategies for our brand and clients● Create, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for multiple clients and internal projects● Develop engaging social media content—graphics, videos, posts, and stories—to amplify reach and engagement● Monitor, report, and analyze social media and ad performance, providing actionable insights● Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all platforms● Manage content calendars, scheduling, and post analytics to drive performance● Engage with the online community and help grow a loyal audience

Requirements:
● Strong interest in social media marketing and digital advertising● Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts or running Meta Ads● Ability to create engaging content tailored for different platforms● Strong analytical skills and understanding of social media metrics● Basic graphic or video editing skills is a plus● Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously● Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Compensation Structure:
Rs. 15,000/- per month
