XIRCLS (www.xircls.com) is looking for well-groomed, ambitious Client Acquisition / Sales Executives who have prior experience or interest in ecommerce, web development, social media marketing and especially, the Shopify ecosystem and within that, the luxury market to connect with marketing decision-makers in premium companies. This commission-based role is perfect for those eager to establish themselves in the e-commerce and luxury ecosystem. Responsibilities: Understand the Shopify ecosystem and our products thoroughly to effectively communicate their value. Proactively reach out to decision-makers in verticals like fashion, jewellery, cosmetics, home decor, hospitality, etc. Leverage existing connections to generate revenue quickly. Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels, including digital platforms, referrals, and networking. Reach out to leads through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn and Instagram messages to establish connections and present tailored solutions. Assist clients during the onboarding process and offer initial training or support. Collaborate with marketing and others in the sales teams to refine acquisition strategies and maximize results. Track and report progress to ensure alignment with company goals. Requirements: Prior experience in sales / client acquisition. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Charismatic, customer-driven, and skilled in engaging luxury brand stakeholders. Familiarity with luxury lifestyles and existing connections in the luxury segment. Strong organizational focus on achieving targets. Results-driven, proactive, and eager to achieve targets. Familiarity with using digital marketing tools for lead generation is a plus.
