Social Media Executive

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to manage our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to queries, and engage with the community in a timely manner.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Manage paid social campaigns and budgets to achieve set KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, etc.).
• Strong content creation skills, including basic graphic design and video editing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with influencer marketing and social media advertising.
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
• Understanding of brand building and online reputation management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
