Job Summary
The Social Media Maven Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day social media activities for assigned client accounts within a full-time onsite environment. This role supports brand visibility, client satisfaction, and account stability through structured planning, coordination, and reporting. The position requires close collaboration with internal teams, direct client interaction, and clear ownership of deliverables. The executive ensures timelines, content standards, and communication protocols are met consistently. This role is suited for professionals seeking onsite stability, defined responsibilities, and exposure to national and international client portfolios.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily social media operations for assigned client accounts
• Communicate directly with clients for approvals, updates, and feedback
• Coordinate onsite with content, design, and strategy teams
• Track performance metrics and prepare periodic reports
• Support account discussions related to continuity and growth
• Assist in commercial coordination linked to renewals and scope updates
• Maintain strong working relationships to support long-term client retention
