Location: Noida-Onsite Job Type: Internship Reports To: Digital Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing Job Summary:We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our online presence across key platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media marketing, running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and designing engaging content that aligns with brand objectives. This is a key role in helping us increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and support performance marketing goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and manage day-to-day social media content calendars across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter/X. Plan and run paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), optimizing for performance (leads, sales, awareness, etc.). Design visually compelling creatives for posts, stories, ads, and promotions using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to inform content strategy. Track campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and native platform insights. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social content with broader campaigns and business objectives. Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content. Generate monthly performance reports with key insights and actionable recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications:1–3 years of experience in social media marketing and content creation. Proficient in Meta Ads Manager with proven experience managing ad budgets, targeting, and reporting. Strong design skills with experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator. Understanding of social media algorithms, engagement metrics, and best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. A creative mindset with attention to detail and a passion for digital trends. Preferred (Nice to Have):Experience with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro). Basic knowledge of SEO and web analytics. Familiarity with influencer marketing or UGC campaigns.
