About The Role & Responsibilites:

We're seeking a proactive, data-driven Social & Digital Marketing Executive to build and scale our brand's online presence, drive user acquisition, and foster community engagement for our fast-growing startup. This role requires a blend of creative content creation, analytical skills, and hands-on execution across all digital channels. Key

Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
• Social Media Management: Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), create engaging content (posts, graphics, videos), schedule, and monitor performance.
• Content Marketing: Create, curate, and optimize relevant content for social, email, and website; assist with blog posts and landing pages.
• Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) to drive leads and conversions.
• SEO & Website: Support SEO efforts (keyword research, on-page optimization) and manage website updates (CMS).
• Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (KPIs, engagement, ROI) using tools like Google Analytics (GA4).
• Community & Influencer Outreach: Build and engage online communities; manage influencer collaborations.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns and newsletters.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay current with industry trends, new tools, and platform updates.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal team and clients

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital/social media marketing.
• Skills in content creation, copywriting, graphic design (Canva/Adobe), and video editing.
• Proficiency with social media management tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A startup mindset: adaptable, resourceful, hands-on, and results-oriented.
