Job Title: Social Media Executive Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (On-site) Experience Required: 1–3 Years Magic Planet is hiring We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our marketing team and help us build a strong online presence across multiple digital platforms. If you're passionate about social media trends, digital storytelling, and community engagement this is a great opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with brand goals. Create engaging content (text, images, videos) for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Quora, Wiki, Medium, and our official website. Schedule and publish posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite. Monitor all social media channels, engage with followers, and build online communities. Track KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and prepare reports with actionable insights. Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to maintain brand consistency. Stay updated with evolving social media trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices. Assist in managing influencer collaborations and digital campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field. 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or public figure. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam. Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms. Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Suite). Experience with paid advertisements on Meta and Google platforms. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
