Social media executive

Starteazy, a brand under KreatorBee, is focused on empowering creators and businesses through digital innovation and engaging online presence. We are looking for a talented and motivated Social Media Executive to join our team and contribute to building impactful digital communities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, manage, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

* Create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns to boost brand visibility and interaction

* Design basic graphics and short-form content using Canva and simple video editing tools

* Work in collaboration with the creative team to develop professional graphics and videos

* Track trends, monitor analytics, and optimize campaigns for better performance

* Engage actively with online communities through comments, messages, and discussions

* Schedule and publish content in alignment with brand tone and objectives

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management

* Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, content strategies, and engagement techniques

* Working knowledge of Canva and basic video editing tools

* Creative mindset with excellent communication skills
