Social Media Marketing Intern (Noida)

Key Responsibilities

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will work closely with our marketing team and be involved in a variety of tasks, including:

• Developing, scheduling, and posting engaging content (text, images, and videos) across Invencio Tech's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Assisting in the creation and execution of social media marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Monitoring social channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and actively engaging with the online community in a professional and timely manner.
• Conducting research on industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant content to inform our social media strategy.
• Assisting in tracking and reporting on social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, etc.).
• Supporting the design team with basic creative briefs and contributing ideas for visual content.
• Maintaining a content calendar to ensure a consistent and timely posting schedule.

What We Are Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in content creation and basic photo/video editing tools is a plus.
• Highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive, a quick learner, and a strong team player.
• Familiarity with the technology industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
