Role Description This is a full/part-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive at DGVEDA located in Gurgram. The role involves tasks such as managing social media channels on Insta, youtube analyzing data for maintaining effective communication, content writing, enhancing brand's presence, and contributing to growth strategies. Qualifications Ability to build monthly social content calendars Basic knowledge of social marketing funnels Experience in community management & online reputation tracking Understanding of paid promotions (boosting + basic ads manager navigation is a bonus) Competence in influencer outreach or collaborations (optional but valuable) Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Basic design skills using Canva, Adobe Express, or Photoshop Reels editing & short-form video editing knowledge (CapCut, VN, Premiere Rush) Analytics & reporting skills (Meta Insights, YouTube Studio, Google Analytics) Understanding of social media SEO & hashtag strategy Skills required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing brand social media pages Having your own influencer account/channel is huge plus Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms Proven ability to create engaging content (copy + basic design + short-form video)
