Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to support our digital marketing efforts. The role focuses on building brand visibility, growing our LinkedIn presence, and ensuring consistent, engaging content across channels. Key Responsibilities

● Campaign Execution

• Execute brand campaigns on LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  

• Ensure consistent posting, messaging, and branding across all channels.
  

● Community Growth

• Manage LinkedIn page growth, focusing on followers, engagement, and lead generation.
  

• Actively engage with comments, shares, and direct messages to build relationships.
  

● Content Management

• Maintain a structured posting calendar (minimum 3x per week + reshares).
  

• Repurpose long-form content (blogs, case studies, webinars) into carousels, infographics, reels, and short-form posts.
  

● Insights & Research

• Track competitor activity, monitor emerging trends, and suggest new content ideas.
  

• Collect and report on analytics (engagement, impressions, CTR, leads generated).
  

Value-Added Tasks

• Support targeted LinkedIn outreach campaigns in collaboration with Sales/BD team.
  

• Experiment with polls, interactive posts, and LinkedIn newsletters to increase reach.
  

• Collaborate with design/video teams to produce creative assets (reels, GIFs, short videos).
  

• Suggest A/B tests for post formats, hashtags, and posting times to optimize performance.
  

• Ensure compliance with brand voice, tone, and data privacy policies.
  

• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  

• Basic design/editing skills (Canva, Adobe tools, or similar) preferred.
  

• Understanding of B2B marketing and LinkedIn best practices.
  

• Creative mindset with attention to detail and consistency.
  

• Ability to track analytics and present actionable insights.
