Social Media Executive

About The Role

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our brand presence across platforms, growing engagement, and building a loyal community—especially in the haircare and beauty niche.

Key Responsibilities

-Organic Growth Focus: Strategize and execute organic campaigns to increase followers, reach, engagement, and brand visibility.

-Design & Visuals: Create appealing posts using Canva—knowledge of layouts, colors, and brand aesthetics is essential.

-Content Calendar: Plan and manage weekly/monthly social media calendars aligned with marketing goals and trends.

-Strategy & Trends: Build social media strategies backed by data and stay updated on haircare & beauty industry trends.

-Hashtag & Keyword Research: Use relevant keywords and hashtags to boost discoverability.

-Creative Copywriting: Write catchy, on-brand captions that connect with the target audience.

-Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report performance metrics like engagement, reach, and CTRs. Make optimization suggestions.

-Meta Ads Knowledge: Basic understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – audience setup, objectives, campaign types.

-Influencer: Must Have Knowledge of Influencer marketing

-Community Management: Monitor DMs, comments, and respond to followers in brand tone.

Requirements:

- 2–4 years of experience in managing social media for a brand or agency

- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & emerging platforms

- Proficient in Canva; bonus if familiar with basic video editing

- Detail-oriented, creative thinker, and highly organized

Nice to Have

-Experience in influencer outreach or collaborations

-Knowledge of trending reel formats and video content scripting
