Faddal Industries Limited (www.SellOnAmazon.in) which is a sister concern of DGL and is an Amazon-Partner Company into business of "ecommerce consulting". We’re seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Professional to lead and grow our presence across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp . This role demands a platform algorithm expert with a deep understanding of how to create viral content, build community, and drive engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute platform-specific content strategies based on algorithm trends. Manage the complete content lifecycle: ➤ Ideation → Scripting → Design → Publishing → Performance Tracking Write scroll-stopping posts, scripts, and captions across formats. Design eye-catching graphics and edit videos for Reels, Shorts, and full-length content. Research trends, hashtags, and engagement patterns to guide content creation. Strategize and execute techniques to organically grow followers, subscribers, and reach. Analyze platform analytics to optimize content and posting schedules. Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and campaigns. Must-Have Skills: Proficient in English Language. Expert-level understanding of platform algorithms for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc. Proficient in: ➤ Content Research & Copywriting➤ Scriptwriting➤ Graphic Design (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)➤ Video Editing (CapCut, Filmora, Premiere Pro, etc.) Proven ability to build, scale, and popularize social media channels. Familiarity with analytics, insights, and optimization tools. Should have understanding of Monetization options & process of each platform. Preferred (Bonus) Skills: Knowledge of running Paid-Campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta (Instagram+Facebook), Google, etc. Knowledge of Generative AI tools for content creation (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Pika, etc.) Experience using AI-powered tools for social media optimization, scheduling, or automation (e.g., Publer, Predis.ai, Hypefury, Ocoya, etc.) Knowledge of Off-Page SEO. Experience Required: 1–3 years in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, or Content Strategy. Demonstrated experience managing and growing multiple social media profiles.
