Responsibilities
- Monitoring trends, strategies and best practices in the market and educating the team to implement the same.- Tracking and monitoring the effectiveness of social initiatives (i.e. reach, engagement, referrals), and oversee the development and distribution of reports- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics- Help us grow various online communities on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube.- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
Requirements
. Min 1-2 years of experience from an advertising/digital marketing agency
. Exp in handling multiple accounts simultaneously. Good to have Social Media Manager skills:· Proven work experience as a Social media manager· Hands-on experience in content management· Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)· Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics· Knowledge of online marketing channels· Familiarity with web design· Excellent communication skills· Analytical and multitasking skills
