Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, running campaigns, and maintaining the brand’s voice to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and publish engaging content for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
Develop and execute social media campaigns aligned with brand goals and marketing strategies.
Manage daily posting schedules, monitor trends, and respond to comments and messages.
Coordinate with content writers, designers, and video editors to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, CTR, etc.) and prepare regular reports.
Run paid promotions (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, etc.) and optimize campaigns for better ROI.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or any related field.
Proven experience (1–2 years) as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO principles.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar.
Preferred Skills:
Basic photo/video editing skills.
Experience with content scheduling and ad management.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Team player with a proactive attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
