Cafe Fraby is a premium café brand known for its unique flavors, customer-friendly ambiance, and creative culinary experiences. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Executive to strengthen our brand presence and customer engagement across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with Cafe Fraby’s marketing goals.

• Manage and grow brand presence across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), YouTube, and emerging channels.

• Create engaging and visually appealing content (posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs) tailored to our café’s theme and audience.

• Plan and execute social media campaigns, collaborations, and influencer partnerships.

• Monitor analytics and generate reports on engagement, reach, and conversions.

• Engage with customers online, respond to queries, and maintain strong community interaction.

• Coordinate with design, photography, and marketing teams for consistent brand messaging.

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices in the F&B industry.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in F&B or hospitality.

• Strong creative skills in content writing, visual storytelling, and campaign ideation.

• Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

• Knowledge of paid advertising, SEO, and analytics.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
