About the Role

We’re looking for a Social Media Executive who lives online (but in a healthy way 😄), knows what’s trending before it trends, and can help brands build conversations, communities, and engagement across platforms. If you think in reels, captions, memes, and analytics… you’ll fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.)
Brief the design & copy teams and ensure timely delivery of creatives
Write short-form content including captions, post copies, and basic scripts
Track platform trends and apply them to brand content
Monitor brand pages, manage queries, and engage with the audience
Coordinate with internal teams to execute campaigns smoothly
Analyze performance reports, gather insights, and optimize future content
Stay updated with platform best practices, new features, and algorithm changes
Support brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and campaign concepts

Requirements

0-6 months of experience managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred)
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and formats
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail
Basic understanding of social media analytics
Creative mindset with a passion for digital culture, memes, and storytelling
