Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
Handle day-to-day management of all social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), etc.
Plan, create, and post content (reels, stories, posts, shorts, etc.) according to the content calendar.
Maintain a consistent brand voice, style, and aesthetics across all platforms.
Organic Growth & Strategy
Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, reach, and engagement organically.
Use trends, hashtags, audio, and formats relevant to our niche to improve discoverability.
Optimize posting time, frequency, and content type for maximum organic performance.
Content Coordination
Coordinate with designers, editors, photographers, and writers to get creatives and captions ready on time.
Suggest content ideas, campaign themes, and series (e.g., tips, behind-the-scenes, FAQs, testimonials).
Repurpose content across platforms in the right format (reel → short → story, etc.).
Community Management
Respond to comments, DMs, and queries in a timely and professional manner.
Engage with followers, relevant pages, influencers, and communities to build relationships.
Monitor brand mentions, tags, and UGC and share them appropriately.
Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using platform insights (Instagram Insights, Facebook Analytics, YouTube Studio, Pinterest Analytics, etc.).
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on growth, reach, engagement, and top-performing content.
Suggest improvements based on data – what is working, what is not, and what we should try next.
Influencer & Collaboration Support (Optional)
Identify potential influencers or pages for organic collaborations.
Assist in planning and executing collaboration campaigns, giveaways, and contests.
