Job Summary:

Affordable Group of Companies is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive who is not only creative and data-driven but also proficient in using AI-powered tools for content creation, campaign automation, and performance analytics. This role demands a forward-thinking marketer ready to implement smart strategies that deliver measurable growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
• Create content and visuals using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper, Canva AI, Copy.ai, Midjourney, or similar platforms.
• Use AI-driven SEO/SEM tools (SurferSEO, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.) to optimize website traffic and performance.
• Schedule and automate social media posts and email campaigns using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.
• Analyze and report digital performance using Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and AI reporting dashboards.
• Generate innovative growth strategies using AI for competitor analysis, A/B testing, audience targeting, and lead generation.
• Coordinate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
• 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
• Must be proficient in using AI tools for marketing automation, content creation, analytics, and ad optimization.
• Strong experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM tools, and social media management.
• Knowledge of email marketing and CRM platforms.
• Strong creative thinking, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience in real estate or facilities management marketing is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Chennai G.P.O, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)
