Social Media & EDP Associate

The Social Media & EDP (Electronic Data Processing) Associate will be responsible for managing the company’s digital presence, social media platforms, and supporting electronic data processing tasks. This role ensures brand visibility, customer engagement, and smooth digital operations while contributing to marketing campaigns and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and messages on social media promptly.
• Stay updated on current trends, competitor activities, and social media best practices.

EDP (Electronic Data Processing):

• Manage and maintain product data in ERP/EDP systems (pricing, stock updates, product codes, SKU management).
• Ensure accuracy and timely updates of product listings across e-commerce platforms.
• Generate, analyze, and maintain digital reports for sales, inventory, and marketing performance.
• Support IT/EDP-related tasks such as troubleshooting, data backups, and database management.
• Assist in the integration of digital tools to improve workflow and productivity.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Applications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management and/or EDP operations.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, video editing apps).
• Basic knowledge of ERP/EDP systems, MS Excel, and data management.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
