Job Description

Your Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Creative Direction: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of designers and video editors. Provide creative guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality output that aligns with the brand vision and campaign objectives.
Strategic Social Media Content Creation: Design and develop engaging, high-end content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Google Display Ads, and other platforms that reflect the values and mission of Swasi Naturo Cure Hospital, a holistic healthcare institution focused on natural healing and wellness.
YouTube & Meta Expertise: Create performance-driven video and visual content specifically for YouTube and Meta channels, with a focus on storytelling, branding, and conversion.
Analytics & Optimization: Use data tools to review performance and optimize campaigns across platforms.
Familiarity with product design and print production processes.

What We’re Looking For

5+ Years Experience
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
