Role Overview

The Social Media Coordinator will support the Social Media Manager in planning, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns for multiple brands. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about digital storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Coordination

  • Assist in developing content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Coordinate with the design and copy teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Draft, schedule, and publish posts as per the content plan.
  • Community Engagement

  • Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
  • Build brand-consistent responses to foster online communities.
  • Campaign Support

  • Assist in executing paid and organic campaigns.
  • Track influencer collaborations and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Research trends, hashtags, and content ideas relevant to client industries.
  • Reporting & Analytics

  • Collect and compile performance data (reach, engagement, growth).
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Social Media Manager.
  • Suggest optimizations based on analytics.
  • Client Coordination

  • Support the Social Media Manager with day-to-day client communications.
  • Ensure client feedback is tracked, implemented, and communicated internally.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internship experience counts).
  • Strong understanding of major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Canva, basic design tools, or short-form video editing.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of Notion and Asana.
