Job Title: Social Media & Content Marketing Specialist Location: Noida (On-site) - Sec 2 Noida Experience Required: 2–5 Years Industry: Health & Wellness | Smart Foods | Digital Brands Role Overview: We're hiring a social media & Content Marketing Specialist who can independently manage our social media presence, Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram), and content writing needs across projects. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and deeply familiar with digital trends. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and schedule content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Write high-quality social media copy, blogs, ad creatives, and website content Design and execute paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (FB/IG) to drive traffic, leads, or sales Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly analytics & insights Manage brand pages, grow community engagement, and respond to DMs/comments Collaborate with design and video editing teams to develop engaging visual content Keep track of trends, hashtags, competitors, and optimize social strategy accordingly Requirements: 2–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing and Content Writing Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Pixel, Campaign Structures, Reporting) Exceptional writing skills for both short-form (captions, posts) and long-form content (blogs, emails) Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, ChatGPT, and analytics platforms Experience managing brand voice and messaging across multiple platforms Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet tight deadlines Bonus: Knowledge of health, nutrition What We Offer: Work with innovative brands in emerging sectors A creative and collaborative team culture Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity for career growth in a fast-scaling digital environment
