You’ll be joining our tiny in-house team, working across a diverse portfolio of businesses we own and operate:

20 Downtown – A heritage banquet in Churchgate hosting iconic celebrations.

Head Space Salon – a celebrity stylist run premium hair salon in Khar.

The Corner – a creative retreat based out of spice farm in Kerala.

Role Description

Your work will directly shape how these brands show up online — from everyday social storytelling to high-impact campaigns.

We’re looking for a hands-on creator who can take a content idea and turn it into a published post — shot, edited, written, and scheduled by them.

This is not a “coordination” role — it’s for someone who loves the full cycle of creating: ideating, shooting, designing, editing, writing, and posting. You’ll also work closely on ad creatives (for Google and Meta) and learn how content drives performance.

What You’ll Do

• Plan, shoot, and edit short-form content (mainly for Instagram Reels & Stories).
• Completely own the publishing and shoot calendar across the brands.
• Design posts, stories, and ads using Canva.
• Write catchy hooks, captions, and ad copies with a strong grasp of tone and storytelling.
• Create photo/video creatives for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Research trends, new formats, and campaign ideas for our different brands.
• Work closely with the founder to shape brand voice, visuals, and creative direction.

Skills & Requirements

• Good understanding of Instagram as a platform — both creator and consumer side.
• Familiarity with Canva, Edits by Instagram (video, image editing tools)
• Good sense of composition, storytelling, and visual flow.
• Strong grasp of language — writing captions, hooks, and headlines.
• Comfortable shooting on phone (we’ll provide setup support as needed).
• Bonus: experience running ads or managing creator pages.
• Coachable, hungry to learn, and ready to take ownership.
• Non negotiable: Grammar, punctuations, and overall language accuracy as a writer/editor.
