We’re looking for a Social Media & Content Executive who can translate our story into engaging content that resonates with our growing community. Key Responsibilities 1. Content Creation Create and edit captions, reels, stories, and short-form videos that align with the Bridlen brand. Support product shoots and behind-the-scenes coverage at the workshop. Write engaging content for posts, emailers, and website updates. Develop mood boards that reflect the brand identity and campaign direction. 2. Management Maintain a structured weekly/monthly calendar to ensure consistent, high-quality posting. Plan content around product launches, campaigns, and seasonal brand moments. Respond to comments and DMs in the Bridlen voice. 4. Trend & Competitor Monitoring Keep track of trending formats, audio, and storytelling ideas. Suggest adaptations that suit Bridlen’s premium identity. 5. Campaign Support Assist in executing digital campaigns and partnerships. Coordinate with paid ad team by preparing assets. 6. Collaboration Coordinate with the founders, shoemaker, and creative director to highlight technical storytelling. What Makes This Role Junior–Mid Level? Hands-on, execution-focused, with space to learn and grow. Supports team, creative director and founders in strategy, but owns daily execution. Focus on storytelling + tactical posting rather than high-level campaign planning. Requirements 1–2 years experience in social media/content creation. Strong content writing and communication skills. Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, and luxury/fashion branding. Basic skills in Canva or video editing apps. Adobe Suite is a bonus! Interest in craftsmanship, shoes, or fashion (preferred). Self-driven and detail-oriented, comfortable in a startup-like setup.
