Video Editor & Digital Media Specialist Job Description We are looking for a Video Editor & Digital Media Specialist with 2 –3 years of experience in video production, graphic design, and digital marketing. This is a dynamic role combining creative content creation with performance-driven marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Create engaging videos, reels, ads, and graphics for digital platforms Manage and optimize Facebook/Google ad campaigns Oversee social media channels , including tools like Gallabox Use Asana for managing content pipelines and creative tasks Handle lead processing and follow-ups from IndiaMart and Alibaba Maintain and update the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline Generate and present performance reports and campaign metrics Requirements 2–3 years of experience in video editing , graphic design , and digital marketing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) Skilled in videography , including lighting and basic shooting techniques Experience working with CRM tools and lead generation workflows Familiarity with Asana and social media scheduling tools Strong portfolio showcasing video, animation, and graphic design work Excellent communication and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in motion graphics and animation Understanding of SEO /Social media Strong skills in analytics and performance tracking Experience in B2B digital marketing and lead nurturing What We Offer Competitive base salary based on experience Incentives for going the extra mile and meeting KPIs Professional development allowance for upskilling A clear career growth path within the digital team Female/Male candidates preferred.
