Job Description
We are looking for a Video Editor & Digital Media Specialist with 2–3 years of experience in video production, graphic design, and digital marketing. This is a dynamic role combining creative content creation with performance-driven marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging videos, reels, ads, and graphics for digital platforms
• Manage and optimize Facebook/Google ad campaigns
• Oversee social media channels, including tools like Gallabox
• Use Asana for managing content pipelines and creative tasks
• Handle lead processing and follow-ups from IndiaMart and Alibaba
• Maintain and update the CRM system and manage the sales pipeline
• Generate and present performance reports and campaign metrics

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in video editing, graphic design, and digital marketing
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Skilled in videography, including lighting and basic shooting techniques
• Experience working with CRM tools and lead generation workflows
• Familiarity with Asana and social media scheduling tools
• Strong portfolio showcasing video, animation, and graphic design work
• Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in motion graphics and animation
• Understanding of SEO /Social media
• Strong skills in analytics and performance tracking
• Experience in B2B digital marketing and lead nurturing
