Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media & Content Executive to conceptualise, create, and manage engaging digital content. This is a hands-on role ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience who are passionate about beauty, skincare, and storytelling through visuals.

Key Responsibilities

🎥 Content Creation (Shoot & Edit)
Shoot and edit high-quality photos and videos of treatments, products, testimonials, and the clinic ambience
Independently manage clinic shoot daysUse tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Suite, Lightroom, and Canva for editing and design
📱 Social Media Management
Schedule and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Design YouTube thumbnails with strong visual and textual hooks
Optimise titles, tags, and playlists via YouTube Creator Studio
📌 Content Planning & Aesthetics
Research trends, audio, and visual styles from Pinterest, influencers, and competitor brands
Prepare monthly content calendars and mood boards aligned with brand goals🤝 Influencer Marketing Support
Coordinate influencer collaborations end-to-end
Collect and manage influencer-generated contentTrack influencer reach and content quality📊 Performance Tracking

Support Reporting Of KPIs Like

Weekly engagement and follower growthMonthly influencer activityCreative quality (CTR, design consistency)Platform analytics via Meta Business Suite & YouTube Studio

Who We're Looking For

Strong interest in beauty, skincare, and digital contentProficiency in basic shooting and editing (even via smartphone)Knowledge of social formats (Reels, Stories, Shorts, Carousels)Visual storytelling skills with a good sense of aesthetics and trendsComfortable being behind (and occasionally in front of) the cameraWillingness to work on occasional weekends for shoots/events

Bonus Skills (Preferred But Not Mandatory)

Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or YouTube Studio
Ability to write catchy captions and CTAs in English or HinglishExperience creating ad creatives or branded social content
