Social Media & Content Executive

Who we are:

Unstd is a homegrown fashion brand breaking size norms and building unapologetic fashion for all. We’re a fast-growing D2C startup, and we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes content and knows what it takes to build a digital brand.

What you’ll do:

• Own our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
• Plan and execute fresh, scroll-stopping content ideas (reels, posts, stories, campaigns)
• Collaborate with our design, product & performance teams for weekly/monthly content calendars
• Monitor trends, memes, and what’s working in the fashion/content space
• Shoot and edit content if needed (basic video/photo editing is a bonus)
• Drive community engagement — respond to DMs, comments, and build audience love

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing/content (D2C or fashion brand experience is a plus)
• Strong creative instincts + execution mindset
• Comfort in fast-paced, startup environments — no rigid job descriptions here
• Someone who wants to build something from scratch and isn’t afraid to experiment
• Can write well, think visually, and stay organized
