Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and dynamie Social Media & Content Executive to manage our brand presence across platforms, produce engaging content, and build a strong online community. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in Gen-Z/urban culture, hands-on content creation skills, and the ability to drive engagement through innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Planning & Publishing

- Own the monthly content calendar for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and Linkedin.

- Publish content consistently while maintaining brand tone and style.

2. Content Creation & Styling

- Style and shoot products (c.g, t-shirts, caps) and be comfortable appearing in reels/photos when needed.

- Coordinate photoshoots and video shoots end-to-end, including models/creators, locations, and props.

3. Campaign & Creative Support

- Support creatives and copies for WhatsApp & Email campaigns aligned with product drops and

promotions.

- Explore and manage influencer outreach/collaborations to build UGC and community buzz.

4.Community Engagement

- Handle community management: respond to DMs, comments, and route queries to the support team.

- Foster a positive, engaging brand presence across all channels.

5. Analytics & Improvements

- Track post-performance and engagement metrics.

- Suggest creative/content improvements based on insights and trends.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media Studies, or a related field (preferred).

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.

- Strong interest in Gen-2 / urban culture, fashion, and streetwear trends.

- Proficiency in content creation & editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop).

- Ability to style, shoot, and edit photo/video content independently.

- Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for reels/photos when required.

- Good understanding of social media algorithms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Linkedin.

- Strong communication and copywriting skills in English (bonus if bilingual in Hindi/Gujarati).

- Analytical mindset — ability to track performance, generate reports, and optimize content strategy.

- Flexibility to coordinate photoshoots, events, and influencer collaborations.
