We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks to the camera like it’s your closest friend.
• Thinks in hooks, seamless transitions, and trending audio.
• Spots viral reel ideas before anyone else.
• Lives and breathes content (and your screen time proves it!).
• Has creative curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
• Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or Media.

What you’ll do:

• Ideate, shoot, and edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Be the face (and voice) of our brand across social platforms.
• Engage with audiences, build communities, and represent the brand in conversations.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives across Instagram, YouTube, Quora, and Reddit.
• Create and maintain content calendars, presenting plans and campaign ideas.
• Monitor platform trends, audience insights, and competitor strategies to shape content direction.
• Track performance metrics, analyze what works and what doesn’t, and continuously evolve content strategies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Excellent content creation skills for short-form and long-form digital platforms.
• Strong communication and storytelling ability on camera and in writing.
• Familiarity with video editing tools and content creation software.
• Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinker with a proactive approach to experimentation and innovation.
