JOB SUMMARY

Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and engaging online communities? We're looking for a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across various platforms, ensuring our brand message resonates with our audience.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Content Creation: Design and produce engaging visual content (images, graphics) using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Canva for social media, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Copywriting: Write clear, concise, and captivating copy for social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and other digital assets, ensuring a consistent brand voice.
• Newsletter Management: Create, curate, and distribute engaging email newsletters to our subscriber base.
• Social Media Management: Develop and implement social media strategies, manage our presence across various platforms, and schedule posts using Buffer.
• Community Engagement: Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
• Content Calendar Management: Plan, schedule, and organize content to ensure a consistent and timely publishing schedule.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze social media and content performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in English, History, Social Sciences, or a related field
• Experience in content creation, social media management and newsletter production is a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong grasp of grammar, spelling, and punctuation
• A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for developing innovative and engaging content
• Ability to use excel, word and other basic managment programs
• Willing to learn
• Ability to organise and manage

• SALARY: ₹30,000-₹60,000 based on experience and skills
