Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute 

  video shoots

   showcasing installations, customer stories, and product features.
• Create 

  short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos)

   optimized for each platform.
• Write and publish engaging 

  captions, posts, and updates

   across social media.
• Manage 

  social media calendars

  , ensure consistent posting, and respond to followers.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams for campaign ideas and promotions.
• Track 

  analytics, engagement, and growth metrics

   to improve reach and performance.
• Stay updated on 

  solar trends and digital content formats

• Maintain a local creative network (camera crew, editors, drone operators, etc.) if needed.
  

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in 

  video content creation

   and 

  social media management

  .
• Strong knowledge of 

  Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and WhatsApp marketing

  .
• Basic skills in 

  video editing tools

   (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or mobile apps).
• Creative thinking, camera presence, and storytelling ability.
• Understanding of 

  local languages (Telugu & English)

   for bilingual content.
• Strong sense of visual design and branding consistency.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media or content creation roles.
• Interest or prior experience in 

  solar, energy, or sustainability sectors

   is a plus.
• Familiarity with 

  digital ad campaigns, influencer marketing, or YouTube SEO

   is a bonus.
