  10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday

• CTC:

  Based on experience and skills

• Experience:

  1–3 years in content creation / social media (brand or agency)

• Reporting To:

  Social Media Head -Masters’ Union Creative Studio

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Shoot with phone, edit, design, and publish daily IG stories that capture student life, events, and behind-the-scenes.
• Host and appear on stories making MU feel alive, fun, and aspirational.
• Engage with students online: comment, repost, and amplify #LifeAtMU content.
• Stay on top of IG trends, sounds, memes, and formats to keep our stories fresh and scroll-stopping.
• Work closely with the creative and brand teams to align content with MU’s overall vibe and campaigns.

What You Need To Know:

• Content creation mastery

  : Strong in shooting and editing content on phone.

• Design sensibility

  : Knows how to make IG stories look aesthetic and engaging.

• Instagram-first thinking

  : Understands hooks, trends, retention, and engagement strategies.

• Language fluency

  : Very strong English both written and spoken.

• Community vibes

  : Ability to engage with students and make the brand feel approachable.

Soft Skills

• Comfortable being on camera with high energy and relatability.
• A natural storyteller who can make even simple things exciting.
• Curious about internet culture, always exploring what’s trending.
• Highly proactive sees content opportunities everywhere.
