Social Media Content Creator

Role & responsibilities

• Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, videos, graphics, stories, blogs) for social media platforms.
• Execute shoots (photo/video) in line with brand tone and aesthetics
• Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity for content opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions).
• Work closely with Sales, design, and product teams to align content with overall brand objectives.

Preferred candidate profile

Should be a local from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh or open to relocate

• 2-3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, algorithms, and social media trends.
• Skilled in content writing, photography, videography, and editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or any other editing apps)
• Skilled in colour grading for videos
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
